a multi-disciplinary team. The training will focus on the

The Mind of the
Child Predator (1 day)
The
Mind of a Child Predator is geared toward the dynamic
make-up of the child predator. The psychological make-up of
the different types of predators will be examined. The
difference between a pedophile and a child molester will be
examined. This course is very informative, and a must for
everyone involved in these types of cases.

Abuse (1 day)
Child Physical Abuse is geared
toward every component that makes up a multi-disciplinary
team, from the First Responder to the Prosecutor. This
course focuses on the dynamics and the impact that child
physical abuse and neglect has on victims and the community.
We will examine crime scene preservation, evidence
collections, and more.

Understanding
Child Abuse (1 day)
Understanding
Child Abuse focuses on child abuse as a whole. Child
physical, sexual, and neglect will be examined. The course
is perfect for the patrol officers, new investigators, an
older investigator assigned to work child abuse, new child
protective service workers and others that have been
assigned to work child abuse.

Going Home to Meth
(4 hours)
Going
Home to Meth examines the dynamics of this drug, and the
impact it has on child victims. With the wide spread meth
epidemic in the United States, thousands of children have
and are becoming the silent victim to this cheap,
easy-to-make drug. Children are going home to meth labs in
their kitchens, garages, bedrooms and etc. Due to the
effects and affects of this drug, children are becoming
addicted, injured, victims of assault, and death.

Children Living
with Domestic Violence (4 hours)
Children Living with Domestic
Violence explores another side of domestic violence. For
years, law enforcement has been trained to protect the
physically injured victim in a domestic violence case. Law
enforcement has been taught to interview the children as
witnesses to these crimes. Children Living with Domestic
Violence looks at the children as being as much of a victim,
if not more than the adult victim. This course will look at
the psychological effects that domestic violence has on
children. This course is a must for everyone that works with
domestic violence and children.

Domestic Violence
Investigation (1 day)
Domestic Violence Investigation will look at the dynamics
and impact of domestic violence. We will examine Intimate
Partner Violence, Domestic Violence Homicides, Arrest, and
obstacles that law enforcement officers face each day.

Protecting
Children on the Internet (1 day)
Protecting Children on the Internet will take an in-depth
look into internet predators. Computer technology is
evolving faster than most people can keep up with. As
technology evolves, so do the internet predators. Predators
use this technology against our children to lure them away
from the safe confinements of our homes. We will explore the
techniques used to interview the victim and the predator.

Sex Crimes (2
hour)
The
Sex Crime course will look at the abnormal deviant sexual
behaviors faced at one time or another while working child
abuse and sexual assault cases. The perverted and disgusting
sexual acts that you may have come to know may have a
scientific name that you did not think existed.

Burn Injuries in
Child Abuse (4 hours)
Burn
injuries in Child Abuse will look at the dynamics and types
of burns associated with child abuse. One of the most
brutal forms of child abuse is the intentional burning of a
child. A child could be affected by several painful
conditions from being burned. This course is a must for
those professionals fighting child abuse.

Non-Violent Child
Death (4hours)
Unfortunately, we have to sometimes respond to the death of
a child. Not every death can be considered a homicide
immediately. This training will instruct first responders
and investigators on the correct way to approach a highly
emotional situation where family and child have to be
separated. We will look into S.I.D.S.; the impact that
S.I.D.S. has on the family and the responding officers. We
will discuss scene preservation and what is needed to rule
an infant’s death S.I.D.S.

Overcoming the
Consent Defense (3 hours)
Overcoming the Consent Defense will guide the
investigator/officer through the difficult process of
working through a case, when the suspect says that the act
was consensual. The training will cover documenting the
evidence such as: victim’s and suspect’s appearance, the
actual crime scene, the victim’s and suspect’s statements.

Hospital and
Forensic Training (4 hours)
Hospital and Forensic Training will guide law enforcement
and medical professionals through the process of
administering the State’s supplied sexual assault kit. We
will discuss what evidence is needed, how to locate the
evidence, and how to collect the evidence to have a
successful prosecution. This course will teach medical
professionals the proper way to keep the forensic evidence
from becoming compromised.

Sexual Assault
Investigation (1 day)
The
Sexual Assault Investigation training was designed to
increase the awareness of the growing problems associated
with sexual assaults. The training will cover the following:
what is sexual assault, the effects of sexual assault on the
victim, the prime days of the week and times of day for
sexual assaults to occur, documenting evidence, collecting
evidence, and interviewing techniques.

Stalking Investigation (3 hours)
The
Stalking Investigation training is designed for law
enforcement officers, colleges and universities campus
security and administrations. We will look at the growing
problems with stalking, and how stalking blossoms into more
serious and dangerous crimes. There will be a wide variety
of topics discussed: intimate partner stalking, the 3 types
of stalkers, the impact of stalking on victims,
investigative tactics, preventive techniques, and safety
planning.

Elderly Sexuality
(4 hours)
When the “Golden Years” are supposed to be golden, many
elder people spend that time alone without a companion.
Because of the stereotypes that are associated with elderly
sexuality, many elders reframe from looking for a companion.
In today’s society, many people believe that sexual
relationships are for the young, beautiful, and healthy.
Elderly Sexuality will educate everyone about the truth,
“You are never too old to enjoy a healthy sexual
relationship.”
The above training can be
provided to an organization from one hour up to the time
that is beside the title.

- Elder Sexual Abuse Investigation (ESI) -(2 1/2days)
In a
world that frowns on sexuality in the elder community, elder
sexual abuse has received closed eyes and a turned head;
when it comes to accepting that this horrific crime is
occurring at greater frequency than one cares to believe.
Because professionals neglected to train and make the
community aware of these crimes, many elder people have
suffered for many years. This seminar will change your
attitude and beliefs about this horrible crime. Elder Sexual
Abuse Investigation also incorporated the Elderly Sexuality
training. This training is a must for law enforcement, Adult
Professional Services, social workers, long-term facilities’
administrations and staff, and etc.

This
course will focus on the physical, neglect, and financial
abuse of the elder. For many reasons, elderly abuse has been
hard to define, detect, and deter from occurring. This
seminar will introduce the students to the dynamics and
impact these crimes have on its victims and society. This
course is designed for everyone that has a part in
protecting our elders.

Predator, and Protecting Children on the Internet to make an
awesome seminar.

Child Abuse (RCA) - (3 days)
Responding to Child Abuse, looks at several different aspect
of child abuse by combining Understanding Child Abuse, Burn
Injuries in Child Abuse, Children Living with Domestic
Violence, Going Home to Meth and Child
Sexual Abuse. This seminar is one of the most diverse
trainings when it comes to responding and investigating
child abuse.

Stalking and
Sexual Assault Investigation and Prevention (SSI) – (2 days)
This
seminar is designed to increase the awareness of the growing
problems associated with stalking and sexual assault cases.
The seminar will cover the following topics and a lot more:
what is stalking and sexual assault, the effects stalking
and sexual assault have on their victims, documenting and
collecting evidence, interviewing techniques, and much more.
SSI combines Stalking Investigation, Sexual Assault
Investigation, Hospital and Forensic Training, and Over
Coming the Consent Defense to provide one of the most
informational trainings in this area.

Stalking and
Sexual Assault Investigation and Prevention (SSI) – (3 days)
The three day seminar for SSI will include everything from
the two day seminar, plus a day of Domestic Violence
Investigation has been added. By adding a day of Domestic
Violence Investigation, we have completed the sequences that
a lot of the criminals follow.

Death Investigation Training (CDI) - (4 Days)
As a
professional that has worked numerous child death cases, I
know and understand the difficulties that are facing our law
enforcement and social service agencies when working these
cases. A child death is not like any other accidental death,
murder or homicide. The dynamics of fatal child deaths are
very different than the dynamics of an adult case. CDI will
examine many types of child deaths and their dynamics. CDI
will focus on crime scene assessments, interviews,
interrogations, forensics and a lot more. This training is a
must for anyone that works, prosecutes and advocates for
child victims.
