How do I cancel a registration?
To cancel a registration, please send an email to brent@tharpeconsulting.com. Include the attendee’s name, agency, class name and date. If you have an invoice number please provide it. If payment has been sent, the cancelation must be done at least seven days before the start of the training to receive a full refund. If done within seven days before the start of the training, a refund will not be given. A substitute/replacement can attend in place of the registrant.
What about extenuating circumstances?
Understanding that extenuating circumstances (natural disasters, death, injuries…) do occur for us and the attendees. If the training has to be canceled, the session will be rescheduled for the first available reschedule date. All paid tuition will be applied to the rescheduled class. If a paid attendee cannot attend the reschedule class, no refund will be given, but will be credited for a future training course. These credits will not expire and transferable to another course and registrant.
Do you cancel classes?
Unfortunately, Tharpe Consulting sometimes has to cancel a training session. When a class has to be canceled, Tharpe Consulting will do everything possible to cancel the class 7 days before the start date by sending a cancelation email to the address on the registration form. Paid tuition will be refunded when Tharpe Consulting cancels a session. Understanding, that there may be times when a cancelation may happen with less notice, please review at the extenuation circumstances question.
Does Tharpe Consulting cover any additional expenses?
No, any expenses incurred by the attendees to attend a session are the responsibilities of the attendees.
Are Tharpe Consulting’s training POST recognized?
Yes, Tharpe Consulting is recognized by many state’s POST Commissions. Tharpe Consulting works closely with the hosting agency to provide the needed information to get every hosted session recognized by that state’s POST where applicable. Tharpe Consulting will also work with attendees if they need documentations to receive other credit hours for attending sessions.
